Laura M. Franklin, CPA is an officer with Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT) a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns and operates commercial real estate in the Washington/Baltimore region. She has been with WRIT since 1993. Prior to joining WRIT, she was employed by The Reznick Group, specializing in audit and tax services for real estate clients. Laura is a member of the National Association of REIT’S (NAREIT) Best Financial Practices Council and serves on the Board as Treasurer of KEEN USA and KEEN Greater DC. Laura lives in Rockville with her husband and two daughters.
